This item is being pre-sold.  It will be a minium of 30 days from when you order this bundle.  It could take up to six weeks to be delivered due to timing with our processor, etc.  If the exact timing of when your beef arrives is important, please contact us to find out our schedule.  Because of storage on our end, we will need you to receive this bundle as soon as it arrives from the processor.  Please note - Number and size of cuts can vary from bundle to bundle. No two cows are exactly alike.
