Meet Kyle, the guy behind Clover Farms. His best days are hanging out with the cows and roaming with the chickens.
Kyle’s journey from New Jersey to farming in Jacksonville is all about returning to his roots and following his passion. Growing up, he spent countless hours at his best friend’s family beef farm, while his grandfather ran Skinner's Dairy, one of Jacksonville’s largest dairy operations. Though born in Jacksonville, he moved away at age five but came back after high school. In his early 20s, he worked on a dairy farm before spending more than a decade in corporate America. When the chance to start farming came along in his 30's, he jumped at it and launched Clover Farms, diving back into what he loves. Always health-conscious, Kyle was determined to create a farm that not only produced nutrient-dense meat in a humane way, but also enriched the soil for future generations.
HEART
At Clover Farms, we’re more than just a farm—we’re a community deeply rooted in Northeast Florida, caring for over 1,000 beating hearts out here in the fields. We’re dedicated to ethically raising grass-fed beef and outdoor-living chickens, all while staying true to humane and sustainable practices that respect both the animals and the land.
LAND
Our vision extends far beyond the pasture. Kyle’s passion for farming drives us to embrace regenerative techniques that not only cultivate the land but heal it. By seeding our pastures with a diverse mix of legumes, fescues, and other forages, we enrich the soil with the nutrients our livestock need to thrive. This keeps carbon in the soil where it belongs and ensures our land becomes healthier, more vibrant, and sustainable for generations to come.
